how can i check if a dentist is a propa one who is qualified and stuff because i dont trust some of the ones that ive seen.

are white fillings as good as metal ones?
i think i need to get some fillings but i dont want the metal ones because it makes me look a robot. hah. but are the tooth coloured fillings as good as them?
